The wine shows elegance, balance and intensity. Filled with ripe stone fruit flavours like white peach and pear, mixed with herbal Cape fynbos characters and a touch of elderflower. Ten months ageing in French oak adds vanilla and honey. The wine shows layers of complexity with a long finish.
