A cabernet franc with hot-weather elements that overwhelm some of the potential cool-weather contributions. Deep-intensity ruby in color, this wine has a nose of raspberry, black plum, eucalyptus and red cherry. On the palate the dry, medium-plus bodied cabernet franc has ripe fruit flavors and roundness in the midpalate. The wine has soft, medium tannin with red and black fruit flavors suggested on the nose.
