Deetlefs Sauvignon Blanc

Very light lemon yellow colour with green tinge. Complex array of tropical fruit notes with pronounced passion fruit, pineapple, kiwifruit. It also has very typical green notes of green peppers and freshly cut grass. Fruity entry dominated by tropical fruit and citrus, but with nice lingering taste of green pepper and minerality. The wine has linear grapefruit acidity with good weight on the middle palate.
